Investor Education
The Willamette Angel Conference, LLC is a structured, investor-driven angel fund comprised of a minimum of 25 accredited investors.
This Willamette Angel Conference Investment Committee encourages veteran and new angel investors to "learn-by-doing," with the aim of increasing the number of active local angel investors and funded Oregon start-up companies. Educational and networking sessions throughout the year provide background and context for newer private investors.
The Committee's nine-week investment horizon is designed to encourage decision-making, diversification, networking and learning.
LLC Membership Benefits:

- Network with Angel investors and venture capitalists.
- New Angel investors receive free coaching and practice sessions on the value of angel investing, conducting due diligence, identifying strong opportunities, and considerations for term sheets.
- Participate in creating a thriving start-up community in the region by investing locally, while still diversifying your investment through the LLC.

Investor Education Classes
These events are meant for both new and experienced investors. If you are interested in learning about becoming a direct investor in local business, and best practices (angel investing), please join us for all of these sessions.They are designed to build upon each other, with each class going into more detail about the investment process.
